Refund policy
If you have an issue with your order and you'd like to request a refund, please direct any questions you may have to woof@eatneobites.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
As part of our sustainable mission, we aim to limit food waste. If your pup is not a fan of our food, we ask that you please donate your food items to a local shelter or give it to friends or family who may be able to put it to use.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Incorrect items received
If you received an incorrect product in your order we will request a photo for further investigation. Following an internal review we will issue a refund for the order and will send the correct item if requested.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
